Select [PICTURE] from the main menu, and select the item from the sub-menu.

( page 27) for the operation of the menu screen.

[SYSTEM SELECTOR]

The interface box will automatically detect the input signal, but you can set the system method manually when an unstable signal is input. Set the system method matching the input signal.

1)Press ▲▼ to select [SYSTEM

SELECTOR].

2)Press ◀▶ or the <ENTER> button.

zzThe [SYSTEM SELECTOR] individual adjustment screen is displayed.

3)Press ◀▶ to switch [SYSTEM

SELECTOR].

■■When using <VIDEO IN> terminal, or <S-VIDEO IN> terminal

Select [AUTO], [NTSC], [NTSC4.43], [PAL], [PAL-M], [PAL-N], [SECAM], or [PAL60].

Attention

zzSet it to [AUTO] normally.

zzSwitch the setting to the signal method for the TV used.

Note

zzSetting [AUTO] will automatically select [NTSC], [NTSC4.43], [PAL], [PAL-M], [PAL-N], [SECAM], or [PAL60].

■■When using <COMPUTER 1 IN> terminal, or <COMPUTER 2 IN> terminal

zzDuring 480i, 576i, or 576p signal input

Select from [AUTO], [RGB], or [YCBCR].

zzDuring VGA60 or 480p signal input

Select from [AUTO], [VGA60], [480p], or [480pRGB].

zzWhen using other movie based input signals

Select from [AUTO], [RGB], or [YPBPR].

■■When using <HDMI IN 1> terminal, or <HDMI IN 2> terminal

zzThis may not function properly for some external devices that are connected.

[CLAMP POSITION]

You can adjust the optimal point when the black part of the image is blunt or it has turned green.

1)Press ▲▼ to select [CLAMP

POSITION].

2)Press ◀▶ or the <ENTER> button.

zzThe [CLAMP POSITION] individual adjustment screen is displayed.

3) Press ◀▶ to adjust.

zzAdjustment value can be selected from 1 to 255.

zzOptimal value of clamp position adjustment When the black part is blunt:

The point where bluntness of the black part improves the most is the optimal value. When the black part is green:

The point where the green part becomes black, and the bluntness has improved is the optimal value.

Note

zz[CLAMP POSITION] can be adjusted only when a signal is input to the <COMPUTER 1 IN> terminal or the <COMPUTER 2 IN> terminal.

zzCertain signals may not be adjustable.
