Display when faxes are received

in memory

1 Press (Call/Fax list).

Viewing faxes stored in memory

When new faxes are received in memory, (Call/
Fax list) will light on.
It will also light on when a call is missed.
(For Number Display service users.)
If an SD Memory Card is inserted, new faxes will be
received in the SD Memory Card. (To view the faxes in
the SD Memory Card, see page 23.)
Receiving faxes

in the main unit memory
is displayed.
Example :

3 Press (Search
button) to select a
fax to display.

Press
(Display) to view the fax
(see below for detail).
To print the displayed page,
press (Print a Page).
5 To view other faxes, press (Return) and repeat
steps 3–5. To exit the program, press (Stop).

To enlarge or reduce content
Press (Turn/Zoom) (Zoom) to enlarge or reduce the display content in the following order:
Normal →Enlarge(double size)→Reduce(half size) →Normal…
Scroll pages
To show the next page: Press (Scroll page) (Next page).
To show the previous page: Press (Scroll page) (Previous page).
To turn display contents
Press (Turn/Zoom) (Turn).

then press (Set).
