Error announcements
The unit alerts you with announcements in Japanese when the following occur:
–The back cover is opened while sending a fax or printing
–The recording paper runs out or jams
–The ink film runs out
–The document paper jams or does not eject properly
To cancel the error announcements

Reading-out dial
The unit announces the number dialed in Japanese, when you make a call with the main unit.
