Error announcements
The unit alerts you with announcements in Japanese when the following occur:
– The back cover is opened while sending a fax or printing
– The recording paper runs out or jams
– The ink film runs out
– The document paper jams or does not eject properly

Reading-out dial
The unit announces the number dialed in Japanese, when you make a call with the main unit.
