If “RECHARGE” and “ ” are displayed after a few telephone calls even if the battery was fully charged, replace the battery with a new Panasonic PQWBTC1461M (P-P504) battery. To order, call the accessories telephone number on page 2.

1 Press the notch on the handset

cover ﬁrmly (1) and slide it as indicated by the arrow (2).

2 Remove the old battery. Then install the new one.

≥Insert the battery plug into the connector as shown in the picture.

≥Be sure wires are free from being pressed by the battery body or handset cover.

3 Close the cover. Make sure you charge the new battery for about 15 hours.
