Viewing the Caller List Handset

1 Press Rcvd calls to enter the Caller List.				2 missed calls
		• You can also enter by pressing [>] or [>].		Rcvd	Phone

2	To search from the most recent call, press [ ].	Example

		To search from the oldest call, press [>].	SMITH,JACK

		are alternately displayed as shown on the right.

3To exit the list, press [OFF].

•If there is no name information of a caller, the display will only show the phone number.

•If you do not press any buttons for 60 seconds, the unit will exit the Caller List.

What “√” means
“√” indicates you have already viewed this calling
	SMITH,JACK	√
information, answered the call or called back the caller. If
	3:10P JUN.29
the same caller calls again, the call entry with “√” will be
replaced with the new call entry.

Basic Operation

If a caller calls more than once

The number of times the same caller called is displayed (“X2” to “X9”). The date and time of the most recent call will be recorded. After viewing a caller’s information, “X2” to “X9” will be replaced with “√”.

Calling Back from the Caller List Handset

1Press Rcvd calls to enter the Caller List.

• You can also enter by pressing [ >] or [> ].

2 Scroll to the desired caller by pressing [ >] or [> ].

3Press [] or [].

• The phone number is dialed.

•In some cases, you may have to edit the number before dialing (p. 26). (Ex. You may have to delete “1” and the area code.)

•If a phone number is not displayed in the caller information, you cannot call back that caller from the Caller List.
