Setting the menu

The television includes a built-in decoder that is capable of providing a text display of the audio. The program being viewed must be transmitting the Closed Caption (CC) information.

●● The settings are “Analog” or “Digital” depending on the broadcaster.

1.Display the menu MENU Menu

2.Select Setup from menu bar

Select desired menu using / from menu bar and press

3.Select Closed Caption in Display customization Select the menu using / and press

4.Select the item and adjust

Select desired item using / and adjust with /

●● Some functions will be disabled depending on the type of input signal. Reset to defaults will be grayed out if no changes are made.

All settings > Setup > Closed Caption

For Smart TV Internet content CC settings (U.S. only) “IPTV-CC settings” App is available on the Apps list.

– Some Internet services have their own separate CC settings.
