Answering or make a second call during a multi-party call

Place the multi-party call on hold by pressing the [Options] Soft key then selecting the [Hold All Calls] option.

Answer or make a call.

To reactivate the multi-party call on hold, press the [Options] Soft key then select the [Retrieve all calls] option.

To end the multi-party call, press the [e] key.

Having a private conversation with one participant

Press the [Options] Soft key then select the [Private] option.

Press the [o] key.

Press the [Up] or [Down] scroll key to highlight the participant you would like to speak privately with and press the [o] key. Now you can talk privately with that person.

The other participants can continue the conversation

To return to the multi-party call, press the [Options] Soft key then select the [Join All] option.

Press the [o] key.

All of the multi-party call participants can now hear each other.

Removing one participant from a multi- party call

Press the [Options] Soft key then select the [Exclude] option.

Press the [Up] or [Down] scroll key to highlight the participant then press the [o] key. The call ends with that participant, but you can continue to talk with the other participants.

End the multi-party call by pressing the [e] key.

Press the [Options] Soft key.

If necessary, press the [Up] or [Down] scroll key to highlight the [Contact Search] option.

Press the [o] key.
