STEP 3
•Remove two 3/8” LOCK NUTS, two 3/8” HEX NUTS, two SWIVEL SNAP (68) (keep elastic cords attached), two 3/8 X 1/2” SPACERS, and one 3/8” THREADED SHAFT from the bracket on the BASE as shown in FIGURE 3.
•Discard the two 3/8 X 1/2” SPACERS.
