Clean the surfaces of the PLATESon the BARSUPPORT
(3) with rubbingalcohol andallow to dry.
Removebacking from the two RUBBERSTRIPS (21) and attach them to the PLATESof the BARSUPPORT(3) shown in FIGURE2.
Assemblethe 3/8" SPRINGPIN (11) into the SPRINGPIN BARRELon the BENCHFRAME(1) and tighten nut securely. See FIGURE2.
Snap two 2" SQINSERTGUIDES(13) into the ends of the
BENCHFRAME(1) as shownin FIGURE

SECURELYassemble the ARMPAD(5) to the ARM PADSUPPORT(2)using four 3/8 X 1" BOLTS(10) four 3/8" WASHERS(15) as shownin FIGURE
