STEP 9:

•Loop the ball end of the LOW ROW CABLE (12) around one 4-1/2” PULLEY (9) and SECURELY assemble the 4-1/2” PULLEY

(9)to the LOW PULLEY HOUSING (8) using two 3/8 X 2-3/4” BOLTS (17), two 3/8” FLANGE SPACERS (22), two 3/8” WASH- ERS (20), and two 3/8” LOCKNUTS (21). (NOTE: Make sure CABLE is routed between the PULLEY and the retaining bolt as shown in FIGURE 9.)
