¯Attach the CABLE(11) from the TOPBOOM(4) to the CARRIAGE(6) using one 1/4" QUICKLINK(36) as shm~alFIGURE 9. (I/~[PORTAN-~Secure.b"lighten QUICKLINK.)

¯Place one3-1/2" pLrLLEY(9) into the loop of the CABLE(12) belowthe secondand third PULLEYofthe ~FOPBOOM(4) as in FIGURE9.

LOOSELYassembletwo3/16 X 1-3/4 X 5-1/4" PLATES(23) to eachside of the 3-1/2" PULLEY(9) using one 318X2" BOLT(35), two318" WASI-IERS(30), and one 3/8" LOCKNUT(31). See FIGURE
