TROUBLESHOOTING
If you encounter a minor problem with your computer, monitor, or software, refer to the following list of general suggestions
before taking further action:
If you cannot log in to the system, check your user name and password.
Make sure the computer and monitor are plugged into a working electrical outlet.
Make sure the computer’s green power light is on.
Make sure the monitor’s green light is on.
If the monitor is dim, adjust the brightness and contrast controls.
Check all cable connections for loose connections or incorrect connections.
Remove all diskettes when you turn your system on.
Contact your local support center for further assistance.
