Fiber Wall Mount Kit

The WM5003-3U is a triple-width wall mount that can accommodate the following 8-channel fiber optic modules: FT85081SSTR/FR85081SSTR, FT85081SFCR/FR85081SFCR (single mode) and FT85081MSTR/FR85081MSTR (multimode).

The kit includes a wall bracket, a module sleeve with cover plate, hollow wall anchors, and Phillips pan head screws with washers. The anchors can be used on plaster, wallboard, and plywood.

To mount the kit:

1.Position the wall bracket in your desired position.

2.Drill four holes into the plaster, wallboard, or plywood.

3.Insert the supplied anchors into the holes.

4.Secure the wall bracket to the wall using the supplied Phillips pan head screws with washers (refer to Figure 1).

5.Attach the module sleeve to the wall bracket by inserting its four tabs into the four openings on the wall bracket (refer to Figure 2).

6.Tighten the two thumbscrews on the module sleeve.
