Playback button

Switches to Playback mode. (1 p.33)

Four-way controller (45)

Changes the EV compensation in modes other than a and O. (1 p.74)

Changes the shutter speed in a mode. (1 p.56)

Four-way controller (23)

Adjusts the focus in z mode. (1 p.41)

Sets the aperture value in a and c mode. (1 p.56, 54) Sets the shutter speed in b mode. (1 p.55)

Selects the type of filter in D mode. (1 p.70) Selects Picture mode in d mode. (1 p.60)

OK button

Sets the selected menu item. (1 p.34)

When pressed in z mode, the function on the four-way controller (23) reverts to the function set by the mode dial.

Display button

Changes the information displayed on the LCD monitor. (1 p.38)

Menu / Fn button

Displays the active menus in Capture mode and retrieves the functions registered on the four-way controller. (1 p.34, 123)
