Changing the Sound Settings

You can change the volume of the playback and operation sounds ([Start-up Sound], [Shutter Sound], [Key Operation Sound], [Focus Sound] and [Self-timer Sound]).

You can also change the type of each sound.

Changing the volume of playback and operation sounds

1	Select [Playback Volume] on the Set-up menu.
2	Use the four-way controller (45)
		Sound
3	to change the volume.	Playback Volume
	Press the four-way controller (3)	Start-up Sound	1
	to select [Operation Volume]	Operation Volume
			1
4		Shutter Sound
	Use the four-way controller (45)	Focus Sound	1
		Key Operation Sound	1
5	to change the volume.	MENU Exit	OK Ok
	Press the OK button twice.

The camera is ready to capture or play back images.

1 Select [Start-up Sound] on the Set-up menu.

2 Use the four-way controller (45) to choose [1], [2], [3] or [Off].

3 Change the [Shutter Sound], [Key Operation Sound], [Focus Sound] and [Self-timer Sound] in the same way.

4 Press the OK button twice.

The camera is ready to capture or play back images.
