infinity when the zoom is not used (wide-angle setting). Focuses on a

subject within the range of approximately 40 cm (16 in.) to infinity when the

Pictures Taking

1 Touch [Focus Limiter] on the AF Setting screen.

The setting changes to O(On) or P(Off).

2 Press the 3button three times.

The camera returns to Capture mode.

Press the Q button to return to Playback mode.

Using the Auxiliary AF Light

 

 

When the autofocus does not work properly because the subject is in a dark

location, the subject is illuminated with the auxiliary AF light (green light) to

 

 

make it easier to focus on the subject.

Off

The auxiliary AF light is not activated even when the subject is too dark.

1 Touch [Aux.AF Light] on the AF Setting screen.

The setting changes to O(On) or P(Off).

2 Press the 3button three times.

The camera returns to Capture mode.

Press the Q button to return to Playback mode.
