When the image is too dark, the part to the left is cut off (dark portions) and when the image is too bright, the part to the right is cut off (bright portions).

The graph peaks gradually for images in which contrast is balanced. The graph peaks on both sides but sinks in the middle for images with a large difference in contrast and low amounts of
Electronic level display
This camera is equipped with an electronic level for detecting whether the camera is level. When [Electronic Level] is set to O (On), the electronic level can be displayed by pressing the 4/Wbutton. A bar graph indicating the horizontal camera angle appears at the bottom of the screen, and a bar graph indicating the vertical camera angle appears on the right side.
