9 Trouble Shooting

If technical problems are experienced when working with the Phase One H 5 it may be necessary to contact Phase One’s Technical Support department.

Phase One recommends that you do a screen dump of your system configuration. This can be done in the menu Camera - Info, then press Apple-Shift-3 to generate a screen dump of the current settings. This screen dump file can be found in the root of the main hard drive and is named Picture #.

Also, please make a system report of the Macintosh computer system. This can be done with the Apple System Profiles found in the Apple menu. Fax or e-mail your Camera Info and the Apple System Profile to Phase One’s Technical Support department.
