minimal distortion.
[4:3]Shows the cla ssic 4:3
format.
[Subtitl e zoom]Displays
4:3 pictur es over the full
area of the scr een, with
sub-tit les visible. Part of
the top of the pic ture is
clipped off.
[Movie exp.14:9](Not for
HD and PC mode .) Scales
4:3 format to 14:9.
[Movie exp.16:9](Not for
HD and PC mode .) Scales
4:3 format to 16:9.
[Wide screen]Stretch es
the classic 4:3 fo rmat to
16:9.
[Unscaled]For HD and PC
mode only, and in sel ected
models only. All ows

enhances cont rast in an image. A
[Medium] setting is re commended .
• [Dynamic backlight]Adjusts th e
brightne ss of the TV backlight to
match lighting conditions.
• [MPEG artifact re.]Smoothes out
transit ions on digital pictu res. You
can switch t his feature on or off.
• [Colour enhancement]Makes
colours mor e vivid and improves the
resolut ion of detail s in bright colours.
