PUK/PUK2 code* Secret code used to unblock your SIM card if you, or someone else, enters the wrong PIN/PIN2 code three times.

Roaming

Using your phone in a network other than your home

 

network especially when you are abroad.

SIM card*

Subscriber Identification Module. The card which allows you

 

to access the services of your network operator.

SMS**

Short Message Service. This allows you to send and receive

 

short written messages.
