This TV can display High Definition TV programmes.
But to enjoy HD TV you need to get programmes
in HD first.The picture quality of this TV without

This section helps you with the positioning and the
first time installation of the TV.

3.1 Position the TV screen

Carefully read the safety precautions in section 1.1
Safety before you position the TV.
•Large screen TVs are heavy.Carry and handle the
TV screen with at least two persons.
•The ideal distance from which to watch TV is
three times its diagonal screen size.
•Position the TV screen where light does not fall
directly on the screen.
•Your TV screen is equipped with a Kensington
Security Slot for an anti-theft lock (not supplied).

3.2 Position the Essence

Connectivity hub

Carefully read the safety precautions in section 1.1
Safety before you position the Connectivity hub.
•Always place the TV hub in a horizontal position.
•Never install the TV hub in a closed space or
cupboard.
•Be aware the top side can become quite hot.
