Manually adjust picture settings
1 Press ( Home ).
2 Press to selec t [Setup] >
[Picture] .
The [Picture] menu appears.
3 Press to selec t from the following
settings a nd adjust:
[Smar t picture] Accesses pre-de ned
smart pi cture settings .
[C ontr ast] A djusts the intensit y of
bright are as, keeping dark are as
unchanged.
[B rightness] Adjust s the intensity and
details of dar k areas.
[C olour] Adjust s colour saturation .
[H ue] Compensa tes colour variations
in NTSC encode d transmissions.
[Sharpness] A djusts the level of
sharpnes s in image details.
[N oise reduction] Fil ters and reduces
noise in an image .
[C olour temp erature] Introduces
more orange tones ( [Warm] ) or
blue tones ( [Cool] ) to the pic ture.
[ Pixel Plus HD] Fine-tunes each pixel
to match surro unding pixels. This
produces a brilliant, high-de nition
image.
[ HD Natural Motion] Reduces  eld
and line  icker to display moveme nt
smoothly. You can swit ch HDNM on
or off.
[1 00Hz LCD] Not availabl e in all
models. Se ts the TV refresh r ate to
a maximum of 10 0Hz to provide
superior motion sharpness, better
black level, hi gh contrast with a
 icker-f ree, quiet image and a lar ger
viewing angle.
[A dvance sha rpness] N ot available
in all models . Enables superior
sharpness, especially on lines and
contours in t he picture.
[D ynamic contrast] Automatically
enhances cont rast in an image.

Use settings assistant
Use t he settings assis tant to guide you through
the best pic ture settings.
1 Press ( Home ).
The home menu appears.
2 Press to sele ct [Setup] > [Picture]
> [Settings assistant] > [Start] .
3 Press OK .
The [Settings assistant] menu appears.
Follow the on-screen instructions to
choose your preferred picture settings.
