V Severnej a Junej Amerike je rozpŠtie medzi dvoma susedn´mi r‡diov´mi frekvenciami v p‡sme AM (MW) 10 kHz. V ostatn´ch •astiach sveta je to 9 kHz.. RozpŠtie krokovŽho ladenia je oby•ajne pod¹a zemepisnej polohy nastavenŽ v´robcom.

Na tomto pr’stroji stanovuje rozpŠtie krokovŽho ladenia i rozpŠtie zobrazovanŽho hodinovŽho intervalu:
