Source selector

Slide to select functions: CD/MP3 or TUNER.

LIFT TO OPEN

Lift to open the disc door.

1 Choosing Power Supply

aConnect the AC power cord to the AC MAINS inlet and the wall socket.

-OR-

bOpen the battery door and insert 6 x C batteries (not included).

2 Listening to the Radio

aPush the source selector to

TUNER.

bPush the source selector to FM or AM.

cPress and hold PROG until AutO flashes.

Available stations are programmed.

dPress ALB/PRE +,- until the desired preset station is displayed.

Display

Shows disc/tuner functions.

MODE

Press to select different play modes, such as REPEAT or SHUFFLE (random order).

PROG

Use to program disc tracks, or preset radio stations.

Press to select an albuma, or preset radio station.

Telescopic antenna Improves FM reception.

TUNING ∞ § Skips & searches disc tracks backwards/ forwards;

Tunes to radio stations.

BAND

Selects FM or AM.

DBB

Press to turn the bass enhancement on/off.

3 Playing a disc

This player plays Audio Discs

including CD-R/CD-RW and MP3.
