Problem

The remote control does not function properly.

The time is not working.

The Clock/Timer setting is erased.

The USB device doesn’t play on my MCM177

Solution

Select the source (CD or FM, for example) before pressing the function button (É,í,ë).

Reduce the distance between the remote control and the system.

Insert the batteries with their polarities (+/– signs) aligned as indicated.

Replace the batteries.

Point the remote control directly towards the IR sensor.

Set the clock correctly.

Press TIMER ON/OFF to switch on the timer.

If recording or tape dubbing is in progress, stop recording.

Power has been interrupted or the power cord has been disconnected. Reset the clock/timer.

It is not set in the USB mode. Select USB mode.

The device is not securely connected to MCM177’s USB port. Re-connect the device, and make sure that the device is powered on.

The device is not supported by MCM177, or the audio file format stored on the device is not supported by MCM177. Use a compatible device/ playable audio file format.
