Verhelpen van storingen

Als zich een probleem voordoet, controleer dan eerst de punten op de onderstaande lijst voor u het apparaat in reparatie geeft.

Kunt u het probleem niet oplossen aan de hand van deze aanwijzingen, raadpleeg dan uw leverancier of serviceorganisatie.

WAARSCHUWING: Probeer in geen geval zelf het systeem te repareren want dan vervalt de garantie.

Geen geluid

– Controleer of de AC/DC-adapter goed aangesloten is op het

 

stopcontact en of de DC-stekker goed aangesloten is op de

 

12 volt-DC-ingang op de achterkant van de zender.

 

– Controleer of de aan/uit-knop van de hoofdtelefoon

 

ingeschakeld is.

 

– De batterijen van de hoofdtelefoon zijn bijna leeg.

 

(zie Voeding van de hoofdtelefoon)

 

– Controleer of de audiobron ingeschakeld is.

 

– Het volume is niet ingesteld. Zet het volume van de audiobron/

 

hoofdtelefoon harder.

 

BELANGRIJK: bij bepaalde tv’s kan het uitgangsniveau van

 

de hoofdtelefoon pas ingesteld worden nadat het menu op

 

het scherm van de tv geopend is.

 

– Gebruik de zender HC212. Door de geavanceerde technologieën

 

die gebruikt werden bij de hoofdtelefoon HC215 kan het zijn dat

 

bepaalde zenders die reeds ingebouwd zijn in andere apparatuur

 

niet compatibel zijn met de hoofdtelefoon HC215.

Vervormd geluid – De batterijen van de hoofdtelefoon zijn bijna leeg. (zie Voeding van de hoofdtelefoon)

–Controleer of het volume van de audiobron/ hoofdtelefoon niet te hard staat. Zet het volume zachter.

BELANGRIJK: bij bepaalde tv’s kan het uitgangsniveau van de hoofdtelefoon pas ingesteld worden nadat het menu op het scherm van de tv geopend is.

–De zender is te ver verwijderd.

Ga dichter in de buurt van de zender.

–Interferentie van tl-lampen / andere radiobronnen. Verplaats de zender of de hoofdtelefoon.

–Gebruik de zender HC212. Door de geavanceerde technologieën die gebruikt werden bij de hoofdtelefoon HC215 kan het zijn dat bepaalde zenders die reeds ingebouwd zijn in andere apparatuur niet compatibel zijn met de hoofdtelefoon HC215.
