From the Pioneer home page, select Service and Support. Click on the Support option labeled
Business Product Support.
From the Business Product Support page, click on “DVD-ROM & DVD-R/RW Drives” and
choose the first option “Business Product FAQ’s” for a list of frequently asked questions or scroll
down to the DVR-A05 drive for product specific information and updates.
For drive repairs, please refer to the DVR-A05 warranty statement shipped with the unit.
