PlacetheCD-ROMontothetraywiththelabelfacingup.

Placeadiscontotheinnerlowergrooveonthetrayincasean8cmdiscisused.

Presstheejectbuttonorpushthefrontpartofthetraygentlytoloaddisctray.

2. Head-PhoneJack(PHONES)Stereominijackforhead-phone.

Adjust “VolumeControlKnob” minimumpositionbeforehead-phoneisconnected. Theaudiooutputofrearpanelisactiveevenwhenhead-phoneplugisinsertedtothisjack.

3. VolumeControlKnob(Head-PhoneLevel)

Thisisthevolumecontrolknobforadjustingsoundlevelforhead-phone.

Whentheknobisturnedtotheright,thehead-phonevolumegoesup,andturnedtotheleft,the volumegoesdown.

4. BUSYIndicator

Itislitwhendataonthediscisaccessed.

5. EjectButton

Thisbuttonisusedtoloadandunloadthetray.

6. ForcedEjectionHole

Whenadiscisstackedinthedriveandtheejectbuttondoesnotworktoopenthetray,insertastiffrod intothisholeandpushgentlysothatthetraycomesout.Unloadthetraybyhandthenremovethedisc. DonotusetheForcedEjectHoleexceptemergencycase,usetheejectbuttoninnormaloperation. Beforeexecutingthisoperation,turnoffthepowersupplyandwaitmorethan1minutetilldiscrotationis stopped.
