Setting Postage Limits (Funds Warnings)
You can specify values so that when your postage funds drop below a certain level, or if you try to enter a high postage value for a piece of mail, the system displays a warning.
Setting the High Value Warning
You can have the system warn you when you manually key in a postage value that is higher than a maximum amount that you specify. This feature prevents you from accidentally printing a postage value that's more than you need.
1.Press Options.
2.Select "Setup".
3.Select "Postage Values".
4.Select "High Postage".
5.Key in the amount you want. Select "OK".
6.Press Home to return to the home screen.
Setting the Low Funds Warning
You can set up the system so that when the postage remaining reaches a certain level, the system will remind you to add postage.
1.Press Options.
2.Select "Setup".
3.Select "Postage Values".
4.Select "Low Funds".
5.Key in the amount you want. Select "OK".
6.Press Home to return to the home screen.
