Some firewall and anti-Virus tools will forbid “UPnP” protocol. That will affect the connection between “DMS” and Digital Media Center Utility. It is suggested to allow “DMS” pass through your firewall or temporarily turn off your firewall when you are using Digital Media Center. Please reference the follow steps to disable firewall.
