Teacha New Stride Sensor to Your WristUnit
Yournew s3 stride sensor must be introduced to
yourPolar product in order to analyze your
runningtechnique and efficiency. This is called
teaching.For further information, refer to the

AttachStride Sensor on Shoelaces
1. Undothe flap and detach the fork (see
picture4).
2. Loosenyour shoelaces and place the fork
underneaththem, on top of the tongue of
theshoe (see picture 5).
3. Tightenthe laces.
4. Fitthe front part of the sensor onto the fork
andpress from the rear (see picture 6).
Fastenthe flap.
5. Makesure the sensor does not move and is
alignedwith your foot. The more secure the
sensor,the more accurately speed and
distanceis measured.
