byPolar Electro Inc. for consumers who have
purchasedthis product in the USA or Canada. This
limitedPolar international guarantee is issued by
PolarElectro Oy for consumers who have purchased
thisproduct in other countries.
•PolarElectro Oy/Polar Electro Inc. guarantees the
originalconsumer/purchaser of this device that the
productwill be free from defects in material or
workmanshipfor two (2) years from the date of
purchase.
•Thereceipt of the original purchase is your
proofof purchase!
•Theguarantee does not cover the battery, normal
wearand tear, damage due to misuse, abuse,
accidentsor non-compliance with the precautions;
impropermaintenance, commercial use, cracked,
brokenor scratched cases/displays, elastic strap
andPolar apparel.
•Theguarantee does not cover any damage/s, losses,
costsor expenses, direct, indirect or incidental,
consequentialor special, arising out of, or related
tothe product.
•Itemspurchased second hand are not covered by
thetwo (2) year warranty, unless otherwise
stipulatedby local law.
•Duringthe guarantee period, the product will be
eitherrepaired or replaced at any of the authorized
PolarService Centers regardless of the country of
purchase.
Guaranteewith respect to any product will be limited to
countrieswhere the product has been initially
marketed.
