1.Retirez le moteur de la base comme suit :

(a)Ouvrez la bride (A) Fig. 1.

(b)Tout en tenant la base, tournez le moteur en SENS ANTI-HORAIRE jusqu’à ce que la cheville inférieure (B) dans le carter du moteur soit dégagée de la rainure de la base.

(c)Levez le moteur pour le dégager de la base.

2.Nettoyez et insérez la tige de la mèche dans la douille jusqu’au fond. Reculez-la ensuite d’environ 1/16 po.

 

N'utilisez pas les bits de couteau avec un diamètre au-

dessus de 1.5" dans cet outil.

 

3.Placez le moteur sur son côté sur l’établi avec la douille dirigée EN SENS OPPOSÉ à vous.

4.Placez une clé sur les plats du mandrin avec l’extrémité opposée de la clé reposant sur l’établi à votre gauche, Fig. 2.

5.Placez l’autre clé sur la douille et serrez en SENS ANTI-HORAIRE comme illustré à la Fig. 2. SERREZ FERMEMENT.

6.Pour retirer la mèche, inversez les étapes qui précèdent.

ÉVITEZ D’ÉVENTUELS DOMMAGES À LA DOUILLE. NE SERREZ JAMAIS LA DOUILLE SANS MÈCHE.

ASSEMBLAGE DU MOTEUR DANS LA BASE DE LA TOUPIE

DÉBRANCHEZ L’OUTIL DE LA PRISE DE COURANT.

1.Desserrez la vis de la pince (A) Fig. 1 pour permettre de placer l’unité de puissance dans la base.

2.Insérez le moteur dans la base en alignant la cheville inférieure (B) sur la rainure de la base.

3.Faites tourner le moteur en SENS HORAIRE dans la base jusqu’à ce que les chevilles de guidage supérieures soient posées solidement dans la rainure de la base.

4.Serrez la vis de la pince fermement.
