NOTE: Each drive tire (pneumatic only) must be in- flated to 35 psi (2.4 bar) and the user must also be seated in the power chair in order to properly adjust the anti- tip wheels.
To adjust the anti-tip wheels:
1. Loosen bolt A. See figure 24.

Power Elevating Seat System (Standard) The power elevating seat system is equipped with a power elevating seat actuator that enables you to raise and lower the
seat automatically. See figure 25. The power elevating seat sys-

!Byraisingtheseat,youextendyourlevelofreachtoallowmorefreedomandindependenceinmanyenvironments.
!By raising or lowering the seat, you can easily adjust the seat height to any surface to which you want to transfer. .
!By raising the seat, you are closer to the eye level of standing persons. This provides better interaction.
For all the benefits your power elevating seat system can provide you, there are limitations. Observe the following precau- tions in order to ensure safe use of the power elevating seat system.
WARNING! Read and understand this owner’s manual thoroughly before operating the power chair.
WARNING! Failure to heed the following warnings may cause the power chair to tip over, resulting in personal injury and/or damage to the power chair.
WARNING! Always fasten the positioning belt when operating the power elevating seat system. WARNING! Never raise the seat from its lowest position on an inclined surface.
WARNING! Never raise the seat from its lowest position when operating your power chair on bumpy or uneven surfaces.
WARNING! Never raise the seat while your power chair is in the freewheel mode. WARNING! Maintain recommended tire pressure in the drive wheel to maintain stability.
