HOW TO USE THE POUND-A-WEEK PROGRAM
The exciting new
On days 1, 3, and 5, you will burn approximately 800 calories each day, and on days 2 and 4, you will burn approximately 600 calories each day. Important: The actual number of calories that you burn will de- pend on your weight. In addition, if you manually change the speed or incline of treadmill during the program, the number of calories you burn will be affected.
