The console also offers eight Smart workout programs. Each program automatically changes the resistance of the pedals and prompts you to increase or decrease your pace as it guides you through an effective work- out.
The console also features new iFIT.com interactive technology. IFIT.com technology is like having a per- sonal trainer right in your home. Using a stereo audio cable (available at electronics stores), you can connect the console to your home stereo, portable stereo, or computer and play special iFIT.com CD programs
(CD’s are available separately). IFIT.com CD programs automatically control the resistance of the pedals and prompt you to vary your pace as a personal trainer coaches you through every step of your workout. High- energy music provides added motivation. Each CD fea- tures two programs designed by certified personal trainers.
In addition, you can connect the console to your VCR and TV and play iFIT.com video programs (videocas- settes are available separately). Video programs offer the same benefits as iFIT.com CD programs, but add the excitement of working out with a class and an instructor.
