The ProSpot Pxxx (In Home) Seriesand PCnrxx (Commercial) Seriesof Systemscomewith a lirnited parts warranty. This warranty doesnot cover misuse,neglector abus€of the product, or damag€ due to an 'tct of Nature", weather, theft, improper installation and vandalism. All time periods are from the date of purchase. Parts are warranted to be free from defectsin rnaterials and craftsmanship for the duration of the warranty period stated.

DURJNGTHE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR EACH WARRANTY DESCRIBEDBELOW, PROSPOTPROMISESTO PROMPTLY REPLACE OR REPAIR ANY DEFECTIVE PART. THERE ARE NO OTHER E)PRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON PROSPOT PRODUCTS.

TO TIIE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW:

1.IF THIS IS A CONSUMER TRANSACTION, AI\ry IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FTTNESSIS LIMITED TO TIIE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY.
