Instruction Guide

The Quantum® Big Screen Microscope is designed for use by children age 6 years and older. Its unique design invites young scientists to take a closer look at the wonders of the microscopic world. Using the Quantum Big Screen Microscope, children can focus in on objects they collect, or slides that have been prepared for them. The Quantum is an excellent tool to spark children's curiosity and foster an early appreciation for science. We hope your children enjoy their experiences.

The QuantumBig Screen Microscope comes with these accessories: Four plastic slides, four slide covers, one stirring rod, one pair of tweezers and one spatula.

1) Inserting Batteries (Figure 2)

Requires 2 "C" type batteries (not included). Battery chamber is located at rear-left side of unit. Unscrew the battery chamber knob by turning it counterclockwise. To insert batteries, place each one in the chamber using printed symbols in back for reference. Replace the knob and turn it clockwise until it stops.
