Keep the system dry. If it gets wet, wipe it dry imediately. Liquids can contain minerals that corrode the electronic circuits.
Use and store the system only in normal tem- perature environments. Temperature ex- tremes can shorten the life of electronic devices, damage batteries, and distort or melt plastic parts.
Handle the system gently and carefully. Drop- ping it can damage circuit boards and cases and cause the system to work improperly.
Use only fresh batteries of the required size and type. Always remove old or weak batter- ies. They can leak chemicals which can de- stroy electronic circuits.
