As you press REVIEW

to review stored records, PRIORITY appears on each record marked as a
VIP call record.
Unmarking a VIP Call Record
1.Repeatedly press REVIEW 
or REVIEW 
to display the VIP call record you want to unmark.
2.Hold down CALLBACK until PRIORITY disappears from the display and the system beeps once.
