REMOVING THE

BATTERY INSULATION

STRIP

Toprevent battery drain during shipping, your
clockis shipped with an insulation strip that
youmust remove before use. Turn the clock
over and pull up the back cover. Firmly grasp
thestrip end and gently pull it out. The clock
beeps.12:00 and the current temperature
appear.

SETTING THE DATE

AND TIME

1. Hold down ¯until the clock sounds a
longbeep and the hour digits flash.
2. Repeatedly press or hold down eor d
to set the hour.
3. Press ¯to store the hour. The minute
digitsflash.
4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to set the minute,
year,mon th, and date. When you finish,
thecurrent time appears. Ô

SETTING THE ALARM

TIME

Youcan set the clock to sound an alarm at a
specifiedtime.
1. Holddown ïuntil t he clock beeps. 12:00
orthe preset alarm time appears. The
hourdigits flash.
2. Repeatedly press or hold down eor d
toset the alarm hour.
3. Press ï. The minute digits flash.
4. Repeatedly press or hold down eor d
toset the alarm minute.
5. Press ïto store the alarm time. The
alarmturns on and ïappears. At the
presetalarm time, the alarm sounds for
oneminute then automatically turns off.
Tosilence the alarm sooner,press any
key(except SNOOZE/li ght).
6. To turn the alarm on or off atany time,
press°/ON OFF.Toturnoffthealarm
whenit sounds, press °/ON OFF twice.

SNOOZE/light/ePresswhile the alarm sounds to
activatethe snooze feature. See “Using Snooze” on
Page2.
PressSNOOZE/light once to view the time or
temperaturein the dark. The backlight shines for abou
t
fiveseconds. H old down SNOOZE/lightto light the
clockdisplay as long as you like.
Presswhile setting the date,time, or alarm time to
scrollupwards.
Repeatedlypress ® to switch th e temperature from Fahrenheit (°F) to
Celsius(°C) format or vic e versa on the display. The temperature is
automaticallyupdated every minute.
ï—Press to set and store the alarm time.
PhotoFrame — Holds a 2.12 in. x 3.54 in.
(54mm x 90 m m) picture. Pry out the
plate.Remove the sample photo, place
thepicture on the top of the photo frame,
andreplace the plastic plate.
Youcan remove this label if necessary.
Openthe back cover and place up to 10 name cards in the holder.

Settingthe Date and Time
Whenyou set t he date, the clock
automaticallysets the day of the week.
Toswitch between the 12- and 24- hour time
formats,press 12/ 24.Inthe 12-hour time
format,Pappears for a PM hour.
Ifyou press ï,®,or°/ONOFF during the
timesetting, the clock automatically returns to
theprevious setting.
Whilesetting the time or alarm time, if you do
notpress any key within 30 seconds, the
clockreturns to the current time/tempera ture
display.
