USING CALLBACK
To dial the phone number in the last (or currently) displayed call record, press CALLBACK. As the system dials the num- ber, DIALING and the phone number appear, then PICKUP PHONE appears.
To complete the call, pick up the phone within 4 seconds af- ter you see PICKUP PHONE. If you do not pick up the phone within 4 seconds, PICKUP PHONE disappears and the system does not complete the call. Press CALLBACK again to redial the number.
Notes:
•The system cannot dial a number if the Caller ID record contains only the name.
•If the call’s area code matches the area code you stored in the system, the system does not dial the area code.
