Utilisation de la télécommande

Utilisation de la recherche automatique du code

1.Allumez le composant que vous voulez commander par télécommande (magnétoscope, etc.).

Nota : V ousnepouvezutiliserlafonctionderecherchepourlestouchesdecomposantsAUXouDVD.

2.Maintenez appuyée la touche de la télécommande correspondant au composant que vous voulez commander (VCR, etc.). Tout en maintenant la touche du composant enfoncée, appuyez sur la touche ON•OFF (lorsque le voyant sur la télécommande s’allume, relâchez les deux touches).

3.Appuyez sur PLAY (le voyant sur la télécommande, situé en-dessous de la touche ON•OFF, commence à clignoter).

La télécommande recherche la première série de codes pour les composants (il y a 20 séries de codes). Si, après 5 secondes, le composant que vous voulez commander ne s’éteint pas automatiquement, appuyez de nouveau sur la touche PLAY (le voyant commence à clignoter à nouveau pendant que la télécommande poursuit sa recherche dans les autres séries de codes).

Continuez d’appuyer sur PLAY jusqu’à ce que le composant s’éteigne.

Nota : Silecomposantnes’éteintpasaprèsquevousayezappuyé20foissurlatouchePLA Y,lecomposantnepeutêtre programmé.

4.Appuyez sur la touche REVERSE et attendez deux secondes. Répétez cette étape jusqu’à ce que le composant se rallume.

5.Pour terminer, appuyez sur la touche STOP et maintenez-la enfoncée jusqu’à ce que le voyant de la télécommande s’éteigne.

Utilisation de l’entrée directe

1.Allumez le composant que vous désirez commander avec la télécommande.

Nota : LatoucheDVDn’estpasprogrammableetcommandelaplupartdeslecteursDVDdemarqueRCA.

LatoucheAUXestprogrammableseulementpourcommanderlaplupartdesappareilsaudiodemarqueRCA.

2.Identifiez la marque et le(s) numéro(s) de code du composant dans la liste des codes aux pages 9 et 10.

3.Appuyez sur la touche de la télécommande correspondant au composant que vous voulez commander (VCR, etc.) et maintenez-la enfoncée.

4.Entrez le code indiqué dans la liste des codes.

5.Relâchez la touche du composant.

6.Appuyez sur ON•OFF pour voir si le composant répond à la télécommande. S’il ne répond pas, essayez d’appuyer sur la touche du composant, puis de nouveau sur ON•OFF.

7.Si vous n’obtenez pas de réponse, répétez ces étapes en utilisant le code suivant dans la liste correspondant à la marque du composant, jusqu’à ce que le composant réponde à la télécommande.

Utilisation de la télécommande une fois programmée

Une fois que la télécommande est programmée, vous êtes prêt à l’utiliser pour commander vos composants. Pour faire fonctionner le composant :

1.Appuyez sur la touche du composant (TV, VCR1, VCR2, DVD, AUX, ou SAT•CABLE) pour régler la télécommande afin qu’elle commande le composant.

2.Appuyez sur ON•OFF pour ALLUMER ou ÉTEINDRE le composant.

3.Utilisez les touches de la télécommande qui correspondent à ce composant.
