Your New Trimmer

Before Using Your Trimmer

Beard, mustache, or sideburn hairs should be dry. Avoid using lotions before using your trimmer.

Use only the adapter provided with the unit.

Comb hairs outward so they are at their maximum height and facing in the same direc- tion.

Never use trimmer with a damaged or bro- ken cutter unit.

For first-time use, or if the trimmer has not been used for a long period of time, you will need to charge the batteries for 14-16 hours to enjoy the full capacity of cordless operation.

Be certain trimmer guard is at the desired setting. When first using, you may want to begin on a higher setting (#9-longest hair) to prevent trimming off too much hair initially.

Clean cutter blades regularly (see Maintenance section).

For best results remove 1/4 inch maximum beard length per setting.

VacuumTrim™ Features

Your VacuumTrimTM has been designed with several advanced features to help you get perfect results every time you trim, without the mess. Your VacuumTrimTM may also be used to neatly trim the neckline, sideburns, and around the ears and eyebrows.

Titanium-coated blades are precision-ground stainless steel, made to maintain their shape and sharpness for extended periods.

The vacuum system captures virtually all the facial hair as it is cut. The hairs are vacuumed into an easy-to-empty hair collection drawer at the base of the trimmer. Most hairs that may fall into your sink or onto your countertop can also

be vacuumed up by the trimmer. We recommend emptying the hair collection drawer after each use. To remove it, gen- tly squeeze the sides and slide it straight out.
