Riassemblaggio della maschera

Vedere la sezione D del foglio delle illustrazioni.

Prima di riassemblare la maschera, verificare che tutti i componenti siano puliti e asciutti. Verificare che la valvola non sia danneggiata, deformata o lacerata, e che nessuno degli altri componenti sia rotto o incrinato. Sostituire eventuali parti danneggiate. Il PVC flessibile contiene elementi che possono nuocere ai materiali della maschera. Se si fa uso continuo di tubi in PVC, la presa di connessione va esaminata onde assicurarsi che non presenti incrinature. Sostituire eventuali parti danneggiate.

1Collegare i cuscinetti nasali al cuscinetto per la cavità orale:

a Spingere i cuscinetti nasali attraverso i fori del cuscinetto per la cavità orale (D-1).

b Tirare i cuscinetti nasali verso l'alto fino a quando le scanalature alla base si incastrano completamente intorno ai fori del cuscinetto per la cavità orale (D-2).

c Accertarsi che le alette su ogni cuscinetto nasale si inseriscano nelle tacche corrispondenti sul cuscinetto per la cavità orale (D-3). Assicurarsi che la tenuta tra i cuscinetti nasali ed il cuscinetto per la cavità orale sia completa.

2Collegare il cuscinetto per la cavità orale al telaio:

a Posizionare la guida di allineamento del cuscinetto tra i due cuscinetti nasali ed allineare i simboli a triangolo sul fondo del telaio della maschera con quelli sul cuscinetto per la cavità orale.

b Premere il cuscinetto per la cavità orale sulla scanalatura del telaio (D-4).

cVerificare che il cuscinetto per la cavità orale sia completamente inserito nella scanalatura.

3Inserire il coperchio delle prese (D-5).

4Agganciare i fermagli superiori del copricapo sulla maschera (D-6).

5 Assemblare il gruppo gomito:

aSpingere la linguetta della valvola verso l'alto attraverso la fessura nel fermaglio della valvola (D-7). Assicurarsi che la valvola si blocchi nella fessura.

bInserire l'aletta della valvola nella fessura del gomito (D-8).

cSpingere il fermaglio della valvola sul gomito fino ad udire entrambi i lati scattare in posizione (D-9).

6Spingere l'insieme del tubo d'ingresso sul gruppo gomito.
