Antes de volver a montar la mascarilla, compruebe que todos los componentes estén limpios y secos. Asegúrese de que la válvula no esté dañada, deformada o rasgada, y que ninguno de los componentes esté roto o agrietado. Sustituya todas las piezas que estén dañadas. El PVC flexible contiene elementos que pueden dañar los materiales de la mascarilla. Si se utilizan tubos de PVC de manera continuada, debe comprobar si el puerto acoplado está agrietado. Sustituya todas las piezas que estén dañadas.

1Enganche las almohadillas nasales en la almohadilla bucal:

a Empuje las dos almohadillas nasales a través de los orificios de la almohadilla bucal (D-1).

b Tire hacia arriba de las almohadillas nasales hasta que las ranuras de su base encajen totalmente alrededor de los orificios de las almohadillas bucales (D-2).

c Compruebe que las lengüetas de cada almohadilla nasal encajan en las correspondientes muescas de la almohadilla bucal (D-3). Compruebe que el ajuste entre las almohadillas nasales y la almohadilla bucal sea completo.

2Enganche la almohadilla bucal al armazón:

a Sitúe la guía de alineación de la almohadilla entre las dos almohadillas nasales y alinee los símbolos de triángulo de la parte inferior del armazón de la mascarilla con los de la almohadilla bucal.

b Introduzca la almohadilla bucal en la ranura del armazón (D-4).

c Compruebe que la almohadilla bucal esté bien asentada en la ranura.

3Coloque el tapón de los puertos (D-5).

4Enganche los broches superiores del arnés en la mascarilla (D-6).

5 Monte el codo:

aEmpuje la membrana de la válvula a través de la ranura de la traba de la válvula (D-7). Asegúrese de que la válvula se bloquee en la ranura.

bPase la membrana de la válvula a través de la ranura del codo (D-8). c Presione la traba de la válvula en el codo hasta que oiga encajar en

ambos lados (D-9).

6Introduzca el tubo de entrada en el codo.
