Line-to-Mic Converter

Users Guide

The Revolabs Solo™ Line-to-Mic Converter cable is designed to facilitate Revolabs system installations requiring attenuation from line level to microphone level as found on many videoconferencing systems and audio mixers. The cable also blocks phantom power bias voltages up to 48V.

To use the Line-to-Microphone level converter cable:

Step One: Plug the 2.5mm mini-plug into the Solo Executive Single Channel analog line level input.

Step Two: Insert the XLR Male connector to a microphone-level (-40dB) input channel on the audio mixer or video codec.

Step Three: If desired, use the return audio RCA Female connector to monitor audio from the mixer / video codec through an earpiece connected to the microphone.
