CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Reasonablecare will ensure many years of service from your unit. Avoid drop- ping items on the Burner rings and sealed burners.
1.TurnTemperature Control Knob(s) OFF.
2.Always unplug unit from electricaloutlet and allow to cool before cleaning.
3.NEVER IMMERSE UNIT IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS.
4.For easy cleaning, the Burners are sealed. Do not attempt to separate Burners from the unit.
5.Use a damp, soapy cloth or sponge to clean the surface of the Sealed Burners, Burner Rings, Legs, and Housing Unit. NEVER USE HARSH ABRASIVE OR STEEL WOOL PADS ON ANY PART OF THE BURNER.
6.Thoroughly wipe soap from Sealed Burners and Burner Rings. Then dry.
7.There are no user serviceableparts. Any servicingother than cleaning should be performed by an authorized service center.
NOTE: A short power supply cord is providedto reduce the hazards resulting from becomingentangledin or trippingover a longer cord. If a longer cord is required,extensioncords are availableand may be used if care is exercisedin their use. If an extensioncord is used, (1) the marked electricalrating of the extensioncord should be at least as great as the electricalrating of the Electric Buffet Range (120V,1550W) and (2) the longer cord should be arrangedso that it will not drape over the countertopor tabletopwhere it can be pulled on by childrenor tripped over unintentionally.If the plug does not fit securely into the AC outlet or if the AC plug or outlet feels warm, do not use that AC outlet.
