BREAKFAST SANDWICH (Makes 2 sandwiches)
1.2 eggs
2.6 oz grated cheese (Cheddar, Monterey jack or Swiss)
3.2 oz cooked meat or vegetables.

5.Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, onto heating plates. Place cheese in center of each slice. Gently pour the beaten egg over cheese and cooked meat (ham, bacon) or vegetables. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up. Close and latch cover. Cook for 2 minutes.
FRIED EGGS (Makes 2 servings)
1.4 eggs
