Support Basic	One year - 7x24 phone. Includes e-service web access, software releases and
	repair and return of hardware to be completed in 10 business days from receipt.
Support Plus	One year - 7x24 phone. Includes e-service web access, software releases and
	advanced shipment for next business day arrival of replacement hardware.
